HSquared2 Limited (referred to as “we”, “us”, “our” or the “Company”) is committed to protect and respect your privacy. We are responsible for the processing of any personal information you provide to us.

We take our responsibilities regarding the protection of personal information very seriously. This policy explains how we use personal information that we may obtain about you. By using our Site you consent to this use.

This Policy sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us. Please read the following carefully to understand our views and practices regarding your personal data and how we will treat it.

Recognising the global nature of the Internet, you agree to comply with all applicable federal laws and rules regarding online conduct and privacy, as well as content. Specifically, but not as a limitation, you agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding transmission of technical and personal data exported from the United Arab Emirates.

The Company is the “data controller” of all personal data that is collected and used about our customers for the purposes of privacy and data protection laws, principles and regulations which may apply in your country.

Information we may collect from you. We may collect and process the following data about you:

Information that you provide by filling in forms on our website www.arabic-karaoke.com/ (the “Site”). This includes information provided at the time of registering to use our site, subscribing to any of our services, posting material or advertisements on our Site or requesting further services.

We may also ask you for information when you enter a competition or promotion sponsored by us, when you report a problem with our site or when you provide us with feed back using our ‘contact us’ form

We may collect information about your computer, including where available your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration and to report aggregate information to our advertisers. This is statistical data about our users' browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual.

However we may provide our advertisers or affiliates with aggregate information about our users. We may also use such aggregate information to help advertisers reach the kind of audience they want to target. We may also integrate non personal data (data from which you cannot be identified) into our products and services for sale to our customers and business partners.

Uses of Your Information
We may use your information as follows:

As necessary to process any online payment transactions you may make through our site and to maintain your account. As with any credit card or other form of payment, if you process a transaction through our site, we may need to share some information (for example, your name, your contact details, wire transfer or credit card number) with the banks and other entities in the financial system that process wire transfer or credit card transactions.

If you are using a credit card issued by the merchant from whom you are making a purchase (a 'private label credit card'), that merchant will receive your entire credit card number in association with your purchase.

If the Company or its subsidiaries or holding company become involved in a merger, acquisition or any form of sale of some or all of their assets.

Where you have provided us with your contact details (such as you address, email address or telephone number) we may use these to contact you with information about goods and services that we feel may be of interest to you. We also consider the periods for which we might need to retain personal data in order to meet our legal obligations, or to deal with complaints and queries, and to protect our legal rights in the event of a claim being made.

We will also consider if and how we can minimise over time the personal data that we use, and if we can anonymise your personal data so that it can no longer be associated with you or identify you, in which case we may use that information without further notice to you.

If we do ask for your personal information for a secondary purpose such as marketing and you are an individual in the European Economic Area (EEA), we will either ask you directly for your express consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no. If after you opt-in, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at any time, by contacting us. If you are outside of the European Economic Area (EEA), you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at any time, by contacting us.

Your personal information will not be shared, sold, rented or disclosed other than as described in this privacy policy.

Data Transfer For the purpose of processing personal information on our behalf we may transfer your data to third parties situated within or outside of the United Arab Emirates. We require that any parties whom agree to process such information based on our instructions are in compliance with this Policy and any other appropriate confidentiality and security measures. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.

International Data Transfer. The Company operates businesses in multiple jurisdictions, some of which are not located in the European Union or European Economic Area (EEA). While countries outside the EEA do not always have strong data protection laws, we require all services providers to process your information in a secure manner and in accordance with EU and other applicable laws on privacy and data protection.

Links. Our Site may contain links to other web sites. We provide these links for your convenience, but we do not review, control or monitor the privacy practices of websites operated by others. We are not responsible for the performance of these sites or for your business dealings with them. Your use of other web sites is subject to the terms and conditions of those web sites, including the privacy policies of those web sites.

Children's Privacy. Our Site, and the products and the services offered on our Site are all directed to people who are at least 18 years old or older. We will not intentionally collect online any personal information (such as a child's name or e-mail address) from children under the age of 18. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with personal information without their consent, he or she should contact us. If we become aware that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, we will delete such information from our files.

How your information is encrypted. There are certain areas on our Site where you may enter and submit additional information. Certain of these areas are encrypted using SSL encrypted transmissions between your web browser and our web server. This is designed to reduce the chance that someone (e.g. on your network at work or at your Internet service provider) may try to compromise your private information as it travels from your web browser to our secure server.

Information we may obtain from third parties. In order to protect you from fraud or other misconduct, we may obtain information about you from third parties to verify the information you provide. For example, we may use card authorisation and fraud screening services to verify that your credit or debit card information and address match the information that you provided to us.

Data Protection Officer. We have appointed a Data Protection Officer (“DPO”) to oversee compliance with this policy. You have the right to make a complaint at any time to a supervisory authority. The data protection supervisory authority for you depends upon the country or geographical area in which you are located.

Accessing and updating personal information. You can review and update your account information by logging in to your Arabic-Karaoke account. You can disable your Arabic-Karaoke account by contacting us. If you do so, your payment information and transaction history will no longer be viewable through Arabic-Karaoke website. If you disable your Arabic-Karaoke account, your personally identifiable information will not be used by the Company or shared with third parties except for these purposes. We may delete these records over time if permitted or required by law.

13.1
Under certain circumstances, by law you have the right to:

13.1.1
Request information about whether we hold personal information about you, and, if so, what that information is and why we are holding/using it.

13.1.2
Request access to your personal information (commonly known as a "data subject access request"). This enables you to receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you and to check that we are lawfully processing it.

13.1.3
Request erasure of your personal information. This enables you to ask us to delete or remove personal information where there is no good reason for us continuing to process it. You also have the right to ask us to delete or remove your personal information where you have exercised your right to object to processing.

Object to processing of your personal information where we are relying on a legitimate interest (or those of a third party) and there is something about your particular situation which makes you want to object to processing on this ground. You also have the right to object where we are processing your personal information for direct marketing purposes.

13.1.5
Object to automated decision-making including profiling, that is not to be subject of any automated decision-making by us using your personal information or profiling of you.

13.1.6
Request the restriction of processing of your personal information. This enables you to ask us to suspend the processing of personal information about you, for example if you want us to establish its accuracy or the reason for processing it.

Request transfer of your personal information in an electronic and structured form to you or to another party (commonly known as a right to “data portability”). This enables you to take your data from us in an electronically useable format and to be able to transfer your data to another party in an electronically useable format.

Withdraw consent. In the limited circumstances where you may have provided your consent to the collection, processing and transfer of your personal information for a specific purpose, you have the right to withdraw your consent for that specific processing at any time. Once we have received notification that you have withdrawn your consent, we will no longer process your information for the purpose or purposes to which you originally agreed, unless we have another proper and legitimate basis for doing so.

You will not have to pay a fee to access your personal information (or to exercise any of the other rights). However, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request for access is clearly completely unfounded or excessive. Alternatively, we may refuse to comply with the request in such circumstances.

We may need to request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity and ensure your right to access the information (or to exercise any of your other rights). This is a security measure to ensure that personal data is not disclosed to any person who has no right to receive it.

Miscellaneous: We may provide areas on our Site where you can publicly post information about yourself, can communicate with others such as discussion boards or blogs, and submit media content. This information may be accessible by other consumers and companies and may appear on other websites or web searches, and therefore this information could be read, collected, and used by others.

Social Media: The Site may, in time, allow you to access Facebook to interact with friends and to share on Facebook through their wall and friends' news feeds. If you are logged into the Site and Facebook, when you click on "Connect with Facebook" your profiles will merge if the email addresses match. If the email addresses don't match, we ask you if you want to merge them If you are already logged into the Site but not logged into Facebook, when you click on "Connect with Facebook" you will be prompted to enter your Facebook credentials or to "Sign up for Facebook." By proceeding you are allowing the Site to access your information and you are agreeing to the Facebook Terms of Use in your use of the Sites.
